Northport’s First Groove and Grub Cancelled
Many families have been looking forward to the return of Northport's Groove and Grub summer series that was set to return this evening, May 18, 2023.
"Tonight's Groove and Grub will be rescheduled," said City Council Member Christy Bobo in a post on social media.
"Stay safe and weather alert, friends!"
"We were really looking forward to this event, our first event for the Groove and Grub 2023 series for families to get out and enjoy some good food, good music, and fellowship with one another," said Woodrow Washington, Northport City Council Member.
Families can look forward to an announcement on a rescheduled date for the first Groove and Grub event.
"You can stay in touch with the City of Northport's website or the City of Northport's Facebook page. Also, my Facebook page will have the new date posted."
The series will continue throughout the summer with additional dates scheduled for June 8 and July 13.
