The latest data from the Alabama Department of Public Health shows the number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 within the state continues to climb.

The ADPH's morning report now shows 206 confirmed cases of the novel Coronavirus within the state, and 9 of those confirmed cases are in Tuscaloosa County. Walker County has three cases of COVID-19, while Marion and Lamar Counties each have one confirmed case.

Jefferson County, where all non-essential businesses remain closed, now has 90 confirmed cases of COVID-19. Numbers in Shelby County have also climbed to 22, and Lee County, home of Auburn, has 21 confirmed cases of COVID-19.
