Annette Shelby Park Hosts Next Local Farmers Market Pop Up

I love the thought of supporting local farmers!  The next Local Pop-Up Farmers Market will be at Annette Shelby Park on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, from 3 pm until 6 pm.  The Annette Shelby Park is located at 1614 15^th Street, Tuscaloosa, Alabama, 35401.  Take a late lunch or head over to the Annette Shelby Park after work and pick up some local finds.  I really like the Annette Shelby Park to begin because the parking is easy and it’s a great place to walk as well.

According to the Facebook Event Page, it is noted that “Tuscaloosa Farmers Market is hitting the road! We're bringing the farmers to you at your nearest local Pop-up. Each pop-up location will feature at least three vendors with fresh fruits and vegetables.”  Also, the event page notes additional Pop-Up Farmers Market will be at Annette Shelby Park for Wednesday’s in August, on “August 12^th, August 19^th, and August 26^th from 3 pm to 6 pm.”

Another great reason to visit the Local Farmers Market Pop Up is to help support your health.  According to Better Health, “Fruits and vegetables are low in fat, salt, and sugar.
