Being behind the wheel can be a dangerous game, whether that is on the regular road or on the highways.
Over the past couple of years with many people texting and driving crashes and fatalities have been a major concern for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s Highway Patrol Division. In the previous year, the ALEA troopers reported a total of 31,990 traffic crashes that led to 10,914 injuries and 586 fatalities. Although this does seem like a lot the crash reports did decrease by 2,185 in 2022 compared to the 2021 year.
