The Tuscaloosa Police Department is asking for your help in the search for person of interest involving a hit and run.

According to a Facebook post by the Tuscaloosa Police Department, a hit and run took place at Target where a  pedestrian was struck by a driver who was leaving the store just after noon on Thursday.

The post states that officers were told the victim was walking next to the person of interest's truck when the gray SUV backed out of a parking spot and struck her, causing her to fall into the bed of the pickup.

TPD says that Target staff identified the woman in these photos as the driver.
