What's for Dessert? Try My Banana Pudding Bundt Cake

Today is National Personal Chef Day, and I have been in recipe la-la-land all morning, trying to come up with the best menus for my imaginary clients. If I were a personal chef, I'd make my Banana Pudding Bundt Cake every week. Why, well, it super easy, beyond delicious, and nine times out of ten, there is no leftover cake. Also, if you want to impress someone that has a sweet tooth but doesn’t that doesn’t require loads of baking skills, this recipe is for you. It’s funny how the whole “Bundt cake” situation came up. Many years ago, I was trying how to learn how to bake like my mother and grandmother. My cakes always came out lopsided. [Super fail] They were not pretty cakes, but that tasted amazing. My cousin suggested trying a Bundt pan, and it’s been history ever since.
I’ve snagged plenty of hearts and loyalty with my Banana Pudding Bundt Cake. I once worked at a radio station, where I would make this Banana Bundt cake (or another flavor) put it in my cake carrier, and there would be a line out my office door for a slice, that staff was beyond loyal. My Dad always said a way to win people over is with a muffin basket or a cake. He was right. Here is a picture of creation that I allowed my little cousins to drizzle the icing. Too cute!
