In recent years, the Keurig brand has been trendy among coffee drinkers with their convenient K cups.

The single-serve coffee pods allow coffee drinkers to insert a pod into the Keurig machine press a button and get their desired coffee flavor, then quickly dispose of the pods with little to no cleanup after.

There's recently been an agreement by Keurig to settle the class action lawsuit due to claims that the company made that his cake cups were recyclable.

As a result of the settlement, Keurig has agreed to pay $10 million to purchasers.

Although there is no information available as to how much someone can receive as a result of this class action suit, according to the settlement site coffee drinkers who purchased K cups for personal family or household purposes during the time period from June 8 2016 through August 8, 2022, could be eligible for a cash payment if the coffee if those single-serve pods were labeled recyclable.

Today, January 9, 2023 is the last day to submit a claim form to get a cash payment due to this $10 million settlement unless you received an email.

According to the settlement site, if you received an email notification regarding this settlement on December 16 2022 You have until January 30, 2023, at 11:59 pm. Pacific time to submit a claim.

The site also states that the payment is not an admission of wrongdoing the court has not decided who was right and wrong.
