There is a new happy hour in town for the holiday season and its holiday-themed drinks and succulent holiday happy hour food menu is a must-try.

I heard about this happy hour experience and just had to stop by to try out the food but most of all, the drinks. Because who doesn't love a good happy hour drink?

When I walked in the door, I was amazed.

The Hotel Capstone bar was completely transformed into a complete holiday experience.

Ornaments hanging mid-air, holiday music playing through the speakers, and plenty of photo ops at their signature Jingle Bar selfie wall.

Holidays are even better with themed cocktails.

The Jingle Bar features 8 holiday-themed crafted cocktails for guests to enjoy and let me tell you, I enjoyed them.

Cocktails like the Nutcracker which features salted caramel whisky, Kahlua, cream, and a salted caramel rim will definitely get you in the holiday spirit.

Jingle Juice features Titos, St. Germaine, ginger beer, and blood orange juice.

I tried a few of their themed cocktails and was not disappointed.

The Rudolph was very enjoyable with 1800 tequila, pomegranate juice, lime, simple syrup, and a salted rim.

If you like vodka, the Grinch cocktail may be the one for you. Titos, Midori, orange juice, simple syrup, and Sprite give this drink its signature green color and it was tasty.

My absolute favorite cocktail was the Apple Cider. It's simple but packs a punch and it's my new favorite holiday cocktail.

The Apple Cider features Crown Apple, apple cider, a cinnamon stick, and apple slice garnish.

It was a hit!

46th Annual West Alabama Christmas Parade

The streets of downtown Tuscaloosa were lined up with float, lights and visitors who kicked off the holiday season with the 46th Annual West Alabama Parade on December 5. The festivities began with the traditional tree lighting ceremony at 5:30 p.m. Despite the random rain showers that formed throughout the night, the parade continued on, bringing holiday joy to all who attended!
