Fast Food Experiences In Tuscaloosa, Alabama Never Seem To Go Great for Me

Before moving to Alabama, one of the things I was looking forward to was the great food in the Yellowhammer state. All I heard was how good the food in Alabama is and I'd love it.

Spoiler alert. The food in Alabama has consistently let me down. Over and over and over again.

Ok, well maybe not the food, but the service at fast-food restaurants. Specifically in Tuscaloosa. I have plenty of bad stories all from fast-food experiences here in Tuscaloosa. I don' know what it is but things just rarely seem to work out good for me at any Tuscaloosa fast food place.

I've invited multiple close friends to the city and I go out to these places expecting good food and service in this new city I call home. It has never gone well.

One time I took my best friend to a well-known place and the service was horrible. The cashier ended up getting into an argument with a customer over wearing a mask. Another fast-food restaurant I visited with my frat brother who was in town for the weekend gave me the absolute worst experience ever.

As we were putting in our order, the cashier was rude and dismissive. After we waited for about 30 minutes for our food, our orders were completely wrong. We had the wrong flavored wings. the worst part was how they "made up" for the mistake. They gave us each a cup of sauce that was the correct flavor.

the absolute worst way to make up for the wrong order. Due to my time constraints and frustration, I didn't even bother to get the correct wings. We just left frustrated and disappointed.
